Thankful for friends!

The kids and I took a short 2 day trip to San Diego to visit with some great friends. The J's dragged themselves away from their painful duty station in Hawaii on a whirlwind trip across the US. Shel and I have been doing 4th of July pictures since it was just Maddy and Law...now with Drew, Maison and Justin! We are so thankful for the wonderful friends they have been for many years! We also got to catch up with some friends in the old neighborhood, who always welcome us with open arms...one of the bonuses of moving around the country!

Mom visits Yuma!

The kids have enjoyed about a week with Grandma! We've done lots of swimming and eating! We also had a visit from cousin Bob who is spending some time in El Centro! We haven't seen him in a few years, so it was great to have him over! I've included a few pictures NOT from this week. We had a 40 degree temperature drop over Memorial Day weekend, so we spent a good amount of time outside! YAY!
