Rom 3:23-24

There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Bugs, bites and bikes!

Dear Family and Friends...we've just hit the 2 week mark here in Virginia. Scott is stationed at MC base Quantico. We are living south of base, about 45 minutes south of Washington DC. The weather has been unseasonable beautiful, so we (Niki especially) have been reluctant to unpack or spend much time inside. (hence the late email) Dave and Barb graciously helped us make the move across the country and Niki's Mom has already been to see us twice. The children are really enjoying time with our families. Transitioning from the desert to Virginia has been interesting for the children. We have been blessed with a large yard where the kids enjoy nature...fireflies, ticks, squirrels, turtles, etc. Our neighbors have a horse farm....its rough to walk next door and see the horses. The neighbor across the street put on a fireworks display equivalent to what we'd see in a public display...it was fun and funny to think we were in our neighbors yard watching. Today, we pulled the plug on Law's training wheels. He went from scared to death, to riding circles around our house in a matter of 20 minutes. It was so fun to watch him. 5 other families from Yuma have made the move with us to Quantico...we're excited to spend more time with them. We miss all our friends in Yuma and on the west coast and welcome anyone to come visit if you're headed to the area.
